In recent years, scallop meat has become difficult to obtain. We offer reliable 2S-size scallops from Hokkaido. Fresh scallops caught in Hokkaido are quickly frozen. After thawing, there is little fish exudate, and the original flavor of Hokkaido scallops is preserved. After thawing, it can be used in various ways, such as sashimi, shabu-shabu, fried dishes, tempura, hot pot dishes, and butter-grilled dishes. For sashimi, slice the scallops while they are still partially frozen.
