We offer a wide range of clams, including all sizes of hard-shell varieties sourced from regions across New England and Virginia. Perfectly Purged steamers are a signature of Pangea Shellfish. We select only high‑quality steamer clams, remove any broken or oversized pieces, and rinse them with exceptional care. They are then placed in our wet‑storage system for several days to purge any sand or grit. Our Manila clams from Washington are a great smaller option and also spend time in our tanks to purge, which enhances both cleanliness and shelf life. We also carry several specialty varieties—such as Savory Clams, Cockles, Razor Clams, and Atlantic Surf Clams—that are unique finds in today’s market
