Our oyster program is especially unique: we offer a dynamic selection of West Coast oysters, including varieties from regions that are rarely represented in the market. Across this coastline—from Northern California all the way up to Alaska—we source three distinct oyster species, each shaped by the cold, clean waters of its origin. We carry the largest oyster assortment on the East Coast and operate two oyster farms. We distribute shellfish across the US, Canada, and the Caribbean to seafood wholesalers, foodservice, grocery, and retail fish markets.
