Vertical Bagging (VFFS) Machines

Our family of vertical bagging (VFFS) machines has been designed for continuous or intermittent motion packing for a wide variety of products. These machines are highly flexible when changing the forming size to allow for different portion and bag sizes. Our VFFS equipment offers uncompromising versatility and consistent performance when vertically packaging liquids, pastes, powders, granulated foods, frozen foods and many other particulate products and adapts to almost any film type. Combined with our standard levels of electronic specification and control, these features offer the best production rates, highest quality containers, and optimized work performance available on the market today. The Tight-Bag™ system preserves product quality by optimizing the required volume of the bags. It has the same advantages as the traditional systems that perforate the bags, but in this case there are no perforations to risk contamination of the product. The amount of air you can extract is adjustable from the operator control display.
