The Educated Fish Co. specializes in EU Organic Salmon and Premium Scottish Salmon. The salmon brands we represent are Valhalla (EU-certified Organic Norwegian) Glencairn (EU Certified Scottish Organic Salmon) and Glencairn Reserve (Scottish Premium). Our goal is to feature these brands, building collaborative relationships with distributors, retailers and end-users "one fish at a time!"
