AFF’s production facilities incorporate Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS), cage culture aquaculture, and state-of-the-art seaside tanks, ensuring optimal conditions for sturgeon growth and superior caviar quality. A defining feature of Baku Caviar is its exclusive purging process in saltwater sourced directly from the Caspian Sea, creating a flavor profile similar to wild-caught caviar.

AFF takes pride in offering premium caviar sourced from six sturgeon species, five of which are native to the Caspian Sea basin: Huso Huso (Beluga), Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii (Diamond Sturgeon), Acipenser Persicus (Caspian Osetra), Acipenser Ruthenus (Sterlet), Acipenser Stellatus (Sevruga), and a crossbreed of Ship Sturgeon with Beluga (Beluga Hybrid -Acipenser Nudiventris x Huso Huso).
