We are based in Bellingham, WA where we operate a large surimi processing facility near where our key raw materials are sourced in the waters of Alaska. Our Crab Classic, Simply Surimi, Seafood Snackers and Crab Supreme product lines are found in supermarkets across the USA. As a subsidiary of Maruha Nichiro--now Umios, the world's largest seafood company, Trans-Ocean is part of a vertically-integrated group that includes fishing vessels and processing plants in Alaska. We celebrated our 40th anniversary in 2025. As of February 2026, we have expanded our production capacity by 25% and are launching new exciting product introductions and marketing activities that will continue to attract consumers to the surimi seafood category.
