Bouchot Mussels, farmed and harvested in the Bay of Mont Saint Michel, are renowned worldwide for their flavor and taste.
Those Bouchot mussels are harvested in their prime and specially processed in Ireland using the latest technologies to lock in the flavor and texture, allowing leading chefs to serve Bouchot mussels on their menus all year round.
A ‘ready to heat whole shell mussel product’ with a shelf life of 24 months from production, packed in both 1lb and 2lb packs targeting both food service and retail applications.
