Phillips Foods began in 1914 on Hoopers Island, Maryland, when A.E. Phillips established a crab processing plant on the Chesapeake Bay. Four generations later, Phillips is a global seafood network that produces premium blue swimming crab meat, lobster, Jonah crab, snow crab and an extensive line of crab and seafood cakes, soups, dips, appetizers and entrées for Foodservice and Retail.
